Therapy & Counseling Services
I work with adult individuals, relationship units (couples, triads, D/s relationships, polycules, etc.), and groups to develop empowered visions of sexual and relational health. I specialize in sex therapy and I’m a kink and CNM-/ENM-knowlgeable provider. I also specialize in providing affirmative support to sex workers as well as queer, trans, non-binary, and gender expansive adults. As a queer and trans provider, I am particularly attuned to the ways that social stigma, discrimination, and oppression manifest in disruptive ways and can lodge themselves in our bodies.
I operate from a person-centered, trauma-informed, somatically-attuned, sex-positive approach that is grounded firmly in queer theory, intersectional trans feminisms, anti-oppression, and social justice. As an integrative practitioner, I draw techniques from psychodynamic psychotherapy, narrative therapy, existential-humanism, and imaginal psychology. I enjoy working with image, metaphor, narrative, dream, and reverie, while integrating behavioral interventions, psychoeducation, and skills development when they can benefit my clients. I can provide assessment and letters of support for people seeking gender-affirming surgeries and other medical interventions.
The therapy I provide is highly personalized to each client and their needs and we collaboratively develop goals for our work together.

I am licensed by the Virginia Board of Counseling and the Washington State Department of Health to offer clinical services as a Licensed Professional Counselor (VA #0701013374) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA #LH61405831)
